Non Woven Textile Machinery

Hayes Industries manufactures fiber feeds (hoppers), shaker chutes, feed conveyors, chute feeds, and fiber slides for a number of Non-Woven applications. Our fiber feeds are available with multiple options for your Opening/Blending or Garnetting/Carding operations. Options include but are not limited to the following: Rotary or Reciprocating Combs, Extended In-Feed Conveyor, Antimicrobial Aprons for Hypoallergenic applications, Weigh Pans, Weigh Conveyor, Shaker Chute, Air/Fiber Separators (stationary screen or rotary condensers), etc.

Uses

• Feeding of baled fiber (natural or synthetic) to opening equipment for any number of Non-Wovens processes such as Pneumatic Stuffing, Carding, Garnetting, Airlaid Processing, Thermal bonding, Spray Bonding, or Needle Punching.
• Feeding of opened fiber (delivered manually or pneumatically) to a Garnett or Card.
• Blending different fiber types accomplished by setting multiple feeds along a timed conveyor feeding an opening/blending machine.
• Reintroducing scrap material back into the process line for increased savings and reduced waste.
