Combination Auto Wind/Cutoff/Slitter
For multiple pillow batt production, we offer our Combination Auto Wind/Cutoff/Slitter, available in nominal working widths of up to 120”. This versatile machine can also be used to produce comforter batts. The automated system cuts, rolls, and delivers (1) or (2) batts per cycle. The machine is capable of producing multiple batts of uniform weight at a capacity of 18-20 batts per minute. Please note that actual production and weight consistency is dependent on type of fiber utilized, condition of batting & how it is presented to the machine, and operator proficiency.
